[Design Objective]: Create a modern logo for a real estate firm that specializes in homes for couples that appreciate being close to Manhattan without being in The Big Apple. I thought a literal representation of skyscrapers transitioning to a nice home with a backyard, in a singular line drawing, was the best approach.
