How does one stand out while job-hunting in the 21st century? How do we break past the walls of applicant tracking software?
I decided to transform my resume into a magazine spread modeled after Martha Stewart's LIVING magazine—all the way down to fonts and styling, while imbuing my own personality. As Martha Stewart says: "There is no single recipe for success. But there is one essential ingredient: Passion." Hopefully, she or possible employers see that in my work.
